  • Free Consultations: Initial consultations and estimates are provided at no cost.
  • Project Quotes: All quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change based on material costs, labor, or unforeseen conditions.
  • Signed Agreement: Work will only commence once a formal contract is signed by both parties, outlining project details, scope, costs, and timelines.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Deposit: A deposit is required before work begins.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are structured in phases and detailed in the project contract.
  • Final Payment: Due upon project completion and prior to final walkthrough.
  • Late Payments: Late fees may apply if payments are not received by the agreed-upon due date.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

  • Estimated Completion: Project timelines are provided based on standard conditions but may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: Delays due to extreme weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions are not the responsibility of Picasso Poolscapes.
  • Client Responsibilities: Timely approvals and site access are required to avoid delays.

5. Materials & Design Changes

  • Material Availability: If selected materials become unavailable, we will suggest alternatives of similar quality and price.
  • Change Orders: Any changes requested after contract signing must be in writing and may affect project cost and timeline.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Workmanship Warranty: Picasso Poolscapes guarantees its workmanship for two year after project completion.
  • Material Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications after project completion.

7. Pool & Outdoor Space Maintenance

  • Client Responsibilities: Proper pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing are required to ensure longevity.
  • Third-Party Damage: We are not liable for damage caused by third-party contractors or service providers.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-Project Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
  • Mid-Project Cancellation: Costs incurred for completed work, materials, and labor will be deducted from any potential refunds.

9. Use of Website & Content

  • Intellectual Property: All images, designs, and content on our website are owned by Picasso Poolscapes and may not be used without permission.
  • User Conduct: Any misuse of our website, including fraudulent inquiries or spam, is strictly prohibited.
